We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. In addition, you are expected periodically to review this Agreement to ascertain that you are doing your part in keeping WGC a safe and cohesive community.

YOU MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT STATED HEREIN IN ORDER USE THE WGC WEBSITE OR OUR SOFTWARE.

WGC was designed to provide people with a nurturing, and family-like environment. Children under the age of 13 are strongly encouraged to have a parent join in on their explorations within our website.

Special tournaments, support rooms, and chat rooms may have additional requirements for use. You must consent to these additional requirements and adhere to them in all areas of the WGC.

Users of our services take sole responsibility for their actions. Hence, the WGC may not be held liable for any content or activities ran or administered by the users, as it does not affiliate with it directly.

WGC construes any of the following in enumerated, insinuated, and abbreviated forms as a violation of the terms and conditions of use:

• Profanity, any forms of player harassment including, but not limited to: racial, sexual or gender slurs, belittling, taunting, etc.
• Continuous posting of any visible, non-visible, or repetitive text such as: flooding, scrolling, inciting, or other disruptive behaviors.
• Harassment, threats, and defamation on members, volunteers, or employees of the WGC.
• Exploiting the spirit of friendly play: including cheating, hacking, or other destructive behavior.
• Stalling and stalking games/players and disruptive playing habits (attacks or harassment in games, etc) are deemed as violations of the terms and conditions of use.
• Repeated violators may lose their chat privileges or access to the site for an unspecified amount of time, at the discretion of the site management.

2. WGC prohibits the use of this website for personal and commercial advertisements, or posting of websites and URLs to other unauthorized web locations. Misuse of WGCs software or use of unofficial or non-sanctioned software programs, which could harm any users or their PC systems or servers, or obtain unauthorized access to the site servers are also prohibited.
   
   Any member who is in violation of these rules will have his or her site access restricted for a period of time deemed appropriate by the site management. WGC reserves the right to prosecute the violators to the fullest extent of both United States and International Laws.
3. Using WGC to advertise websites involving adult content, unauthorized programs, or other communications that compromise the integrity of WGC or its users will not be tolerated. Those who are found to be engaging in such behavior or activities will be severely penalized by the administration possibly reported to the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) of the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice.
4. Engaging in illegal activities in any area of WGC will result in the termination of your WGC membership for an unspecified amount of time, determined by the site management. Appropriate legal sanctions may also be taken against the perpetrators.
5. Making claims of hacking, accusing people of hacking, threatening legal or physical actions against members or staff, or claiming that WGC is closing in the lobby or forums WILL result in a permanent ban from this site and immediate revocation of your license to use any of our software. This is a zero-tolerance policy and action will be taken without further warning.

1. Users at WGC have the right to personal privacy. We encourage our users to treat each other with mutual respect, and not to engage in activities that violate the spirit of that privacy.
2. Do not use WGC communications tools or programs/systems to attack, harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, belittle, or taunt others. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your WGC membership.

1. WGC management and staff fully support civil rights and liberties worldwide. We believe that all people have the right to engage in the free exchange of ideas, and to express their views openly with one another. We also believe that this is a right that must be exercised with discretion at a time, place, and manner which does not infringe upon others rights or antagonize peaceful communities.
2. There are web sites and online communities which exist solely for the purpose of arguing politics, religion, and other controversial topics. WGC is not such a site. We exist as a site for people from around the world to play together in a harmonious community free from harassment and persecution. This is intended to be a family site, and members are expected to behave as if they are in someone's home with children present. WGC may make rooms available that are specifically designated for free, open discussions. Parents are asked to regulate their children's entrance to these rooms as they see fit.

1. WGC grants users the right to have their own unique screen name, which is used to identify each member. WGC reserves the right to remove any nickname at any time, which it deems inappropriate.
2. Inappropriate pseudonyms (nicknames) include, but are not limited to anything that:
   
   (a) abbreviate, encourage, or insinuate profanity, racism, anti-religious, prejudice, slander, or drug use,
   
   (b) enumerate, imply, or associate with sexual conduct, sexual innuendo, harassment, slurs, illegal activities, notorious people, controversial religious or political figures, or disparaging terms, and
   
   (c) intentionally or frivolously incite, torment, harass, or ridicule other members of the WGC. Additionally, any aliases created to advertise other nonprofit, for-profit, or government organizations, gaming companies or websites, or promote either personal or commercial goods or services will be deleted, and its proprietors may be permanently banned from accessing this network.
   
   (d) Cloning (copying, in whole or in part) of another members nickname, or designing a new alias, which is similar to an existing alias, to create confusion or disruptions is not permitted. The decisions on such matters are at the sole discretion of WGC Administration.

Unnecessary conversations that take up substantial amount of chat space and do not directly relate to the appropriate game may be moved to our designated chat areas or to another private location, at the discretion of WGC staff members in charge. Continuous posting of visible or non-visible text and readable or non-readable messages in game chat lobbies connotes flooding.

Flooding any area of WGC is a violation of this Agreement. WGC reserves the right to remove any user, without notice, for an unspecified amount of time, in cases of excessive all-caps messages, spamming, flooding, or any other form of abuse or disruptive behavior in games, forums, lobbies, or in any other area of WGC.

WGC has implemented Designated Chat Areas (DCA), which can be, and are encouraged to be used for friendly conversations. The DCA is the Moderated Rooms: These rooms are governed by this WGC Terms of Use and Service.

This Agreement applies to these rooms at all times. Sensitive topics including, but not limited to religion, politics, sex, controversial organizations, people, or events may be deemed inappropriate, if they are considered disruptive or offensive to the other members.

Room discussions and forum topics may be moderated by WGC management, staff, and designated volunteer moderators. It is not our intention to interfere with members' ability to enjoy themselves while playing here; therefore, moderators may not always be visible in the rooms. Your cooperation with the moderators is both appreciated, and a requirement of your membership and continued use of the WGC site and software.

The moderators function is to promote harmony within our community. They are human and can make mistakes in their assessment of a situation. Please comply with their directions even if you feel that your intentions have been misinterpreted. You may file a complaint if you feel that you have been treated unfairly. If you fail to comply with the direction of a moderator your complaint will not receive consideration. Moderators are empowered by the owners of WGC to take whatever measures they deem appropriate to maintain a friendly environment in the rooms. This may include temporary revocation of your chat privileges or your removal from the room. Continued disruptions or arguing with a moderator may result in permanent revocation of your membership.

WGC does not monitor all lobbies at all times, and it would be impossible to stop every disruption that might occur. Members are encouraged to use common sense when dealing with disruptive members, and parents should moniter their children during all online encounters. WGC takes no responsibility for the actions of our members. Each person is responsible for their own actions.

Service Representatives, Tournament and Event Hosts,and Technical Support Specialists are volunteers who donate their time to assist in the operation of WGC online gaming site. They must be 18 years of age or older. WGC Terms of Use and Service apply equally to all WGC members, including but not limited to all service representatives, hosts, and technical support specialists.

Misrepresentation or impersonation of WGC employees, volunteers from the aforementioned categories, or special events coordinators is prohibited. Doing so will result in an immediate termination of your membership and possible restrictions from future use of our services.

WGC offices and Administration Headquarters are located in the United States. Hence, the primary language on this site is English. If you choose to communicate in a language other than English, please remember that this Agreement applies to your foreign language. Any misinterpretations of the words in your foreign language may result in a temporary suspension of your voice privileges. We will only re-enable your voice privileges if we find that we have indeed misinterpreted an innocent phrase for a possible obscenity.

WGC encourages its members to keep their personal identification confidential at all times. Information such as credit card numbers, passwords, telephone numbers, home or business addresses, real names or social security numbers MUST NEVER be posted in WGC game lobbies, forums, chat rooms, game rooms, or private messages, as it may be used for illegal or harmful purposes. WGC will never publicly ask you for personal information in a game area or forum.

Any information that you give in the aforementioned areas is at your own discretion. WGC is not responsible for any private information that is posted in those areas, nor can it be held liable if someone uses any of the information posted for illegal purposes against you. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit this information, except that you may download one copy for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials for any purpose constitutes an infringement of WGC's copy and proprietary rights and is therefore prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names on this web site are proprietary to WGC.

You expressly agree that WGC does not make any warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information provided herein. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

You specifically acknowledge that WGC is not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the user.

In addition to the terms set forth above, neither WGC, its affiliates, information providers, or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or unseemliness or unauthenticated of, the information contained herein from any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising there from or occasioned thereby.

None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. Neither WGC, its affiliates, information providers, nor content providers warrant or guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, or completeness of this information. Additionally, there are no warranties as to the results obtained from the use of the information.

This site is controlled and operated by WGC from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California applying to contracts fully executed and performed within the State of California.

All parties submit to personal jurisdiction in California and further agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement including but not limited to the access or use of WGC site shall be brought in a court within Los Angeles. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

WGC makes no claims that the site is appropriate for access or use outside the United States. Your access and/or use of WGC site outside the U.S. is at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WGC and all of their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability and costs including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of (i) any breach by you of this Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants or (ii) your use of WGC web site, including, without limitation, all WGC features.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the validity and enforceability of all other provisions of the Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
