Freedom of speech is what I have used in these forums here..Yet I have been abused and accused of things.. It started from Me being banned for an inappropriate nic..My right to appeal.. with no response back from them..And stating TOU rules and the discrimination used with these..
My post led too one person Using it to start rumours on one person...Which was not the intention of the post at all.. This post has been removed.. But I was accused of attacking innocent people in which I never did..I was TOLD remove your post and to apologise and called names..For something I never did.. I was told not to f--k with a certain person or else.. I was also told If I continued to post here I would be banned from WGC for good..And yes I have chat to prove this..
My point is we have the right to freedom of speech for anything we choose to discuss.Whether it be about your rights to appeal.. Or anything you like to discuss It does not mean people have the right to attack or demand others to do things that they themselves do not like or agree with..... Like I have said remove my nic but I HAVE the right to appeal for my return as everyone here has.. But due to the lack of communication from appeals here I choose to write and post here in the forums which I did inform them I would do ..
That is my rights to freedom of speech.. I don't ask for feed back from anyone or for comments.. I do not want people to start rumours or attack people from these.. I write my post to voice my opinion have my say, Not to cause injustice to others.
Yet There is a small group here who think they run the show here.. Let them run WGC when there is no one left for them to run.. As that is what is slowly happening more and more are leaving.. Why not because of my post here.. But by the bullying and lack of communication here...
Till this day appeals have not replied back to any of a number of emails I have sent them.. I stand by everything I have posted In here. I believe I have the right to My freedom of speech with out being abused or attacked by anyone. I also believe that No one should attack or start rumours about anyone.. But I do have my rights and I will use them any way I feel too..

*** this post is a bit disturbing, I am all for freedom of speech BUT in your post YOU say you have chat logs etc: this is stirring another can of worms, asking for a feed back, even though you say you don’t want anyone commenting if they will be attacking etc. YET you are attacking in about way, you just fail to mention names BUT to me IT’S still an ATTACK!!!!

I recall you saying in lobby you were BANNED for a week or so for using a NIC that was not acceptable by WGC some time back. You did it again!!! WHY?? THE nic that you are banned for now, did you honestly think it was acceptable? I know you didn’t mean any harm to anyone and you do not make up these nics to attack it is ONLY for fun.
By posting daily YOU are inciting others to post, some take this opportunity to attack innocent people I agree it was not your intention, but this is how things start. Once someone rocks the boat all chime in.You posted daily about the issue you are having with WGC, reread your posts, put your self in WGC position WOULD you respond if you were WGC? I know I wouldn’t! IF this was your first offence then that would be a different story.
I am sure you received a letter from WGC why you got the ban etc, now this is your second offence using unacceptable nic in WGC *** my question to you is ***WOULD you lift the BAN if you were WGC??? I certainly wouldn’t: if I was on the banning committee you would get additional 2 month for inciting the forum.

I agree with Sam on continuing this drama and saving chats to prove it(whatever it is you want to prove) i thought this was a adult site for playing a few games and shooting the breeze. . If you post in these forums and dont expect feedback or comments, why post in the first place? By you saying there is a small group here running the show You are inciting and infact starting rumours. i myself have been banned from another gaming site and to this day , i still cant get into that site. I have yet to recieve any letter as to why or what i did. But did i go in post in forums, and post daily as to why. no. I moved on. perhaps you should try the same thing as afterall we are all adults here. Just a thought. ................. Please do not take this as personal attack to you or anyone, as it isnt.

Open Forum..... STATES Feel free to talk about anything and everything in this board. and this is what I have did
Everything I say here are FACTS not rumours... I do have logs of chat they are facts ,backing up Up what I have said in previous post about the bullying allowed here in WGC..
I am also saying one has the right to write what they like without being THREATENED or TOLD what they can or can't do here.. Because they don't agree with what your opinion is..

Yes I did receive a letter from bans stating I was banned for an inappropriate nic, It also says you have the right to appeal... In which I have.. with no REPLY back..
The TOU also States that an inappropriate nic WILL BE REMOVED not BANNED as they have did..That Is my point..
I can but wont name at least 50 people who have had nics removed for being inappropriate but they themselves were not banned.. And some which I will not name have had more than one nic removed without such a ban installed upon them..THIS IS A FACT... THIS IS MY ARGUMENT ...whether the nic is or not inappropriate.. The NIC REMOVED YES..I'm not disputing that..
I MYSELF SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BANNED..IS MY POINT AND ARGUMENT..
When much worst goes on in here and is allowed.. Also I deserve a reply back from appeals..FACT...

And believe it or not I actually think WGC is a great site.. AND who says I'm not wanted here you.. And who may you be may I ask?.. You don't know me Unless your in a hider nic..
