I am having trouble playing. Should I uninstall?
NO. There are very few instances where uninstalling will rectify this problem. You won't do any harm by uninstalling but it is unlikely to be helpful, so please first look through these FAQs to see if your problem is already listed.

If you are then still unable to resolve an issue there are a number of ways to get personal assistance here. The Help Room can be found by clicking the Support link under the area labeled Chat and Events on our home page or any main games page. We can also be found from the client login box (the WGC globe on your desktop) by changing the last 4 numbers in the top right hand corner to 1219. Add your nic and password, click enter and you will be in the Help Room.

If unable to enter our lobbys you can still contact a live support technician by adding support@wgcenter.com on messenger and saying hello, or email the same address for a same day reply. Which ever way you choose, you will always find the same high level of care and support and we look forward to helping you.
